NEXT WEEK: TeenPact!

TeenPact is coming back to Massachusetts next week, and there’s still time to register!

A dynamic, hands-on leadership experience for Christian students, TeenPact’s mission is to train youth to understand the political process, value their liberty, defend their Christian faith and engage the culture at a time in their lives when, typically, they do not care about such things.

At TeenPact, they believe that students learn best by doing. This year in Massachusetts, they are offering a special discounted Two Day version of our traditional Four Day class (for 13-19 year olds). This class is fast-paced and designed to give students the ultimate hands-on crash course in state government. Having a student learn to find their way around the capitol, know where to find bills and how to read them, study and enjoy parliamentary debate, run for a mock office during the week, and meet public officials all adds up to be an incredible experience. Not only will your students learn about the basics of state government but they will also learn more about their spiritual capacity as young people. Even students who have no prior interest in government gain a biblical understanding of their responsibility as citizens: to vote and to pray effectively.

We’d love to have your students join TeenPact Massachusetts this year in Boston, May 3-4, 2017. You can learn more and sign-up at teenpact.com/massachusetts.

TeenPact will also be offering a One-Day Class (for 8-12 year olds) on Friday, May 5, 2017. This class takes elements from their week-long government class for teenagers and condenses them into one action-packed, exciting day. Students will pray for their leaders during a prayer walk, explore the State House, and become Senators in a mock legislature where they discuss bills they’ve written themselves! These as well as many more hands-on, on-site activities will help students understand their state government as well as the impact they can have as Christians and young leaders.

May 3-4 – (Abbreviated Four Day class) – $80*
May 3-5 – (Including Political Communications Workshop) – $100*
*Select Four Day option (listed as $250) but pay the cost specified here.
May 5 – Political Communications Workshop Only – $50
May 5 – One Day Class Only – $40
