OPT OUT

MA schools are sexualizing students through the use of Comprehensive Sexuality Education curricula currently being taught in health classes.

Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) does not refer to sex education programs in general, but rather to a specific approach to the subject that sexualizes children, promotes diverse sexualities and gender identifications, promotes abortion, and undermines parental rights. CSE curriculum contains graphic sexual information that extends beyond teaching natural human development and the biology of sexual reproduction. That’s why MA parents all across the state are removing their children from the sex education portion of health classes.

Accommodation Request to Opt Out of LGBT Materials

Students are not only being presented with radical ideas about sex, gender, and sexual activity in CSE curriculum, but also through storybooks read in elementary classrooms, books in the school library, school assemblies, literature discussions in English classes, student surveys, and more. When this type of material is presented under the guise of diversity, equity, and inclusion lessons and not during the sex ed portion of health classes school officials often do not allow parents to opt their students out, arguing that the school is required by law to present this content. This is not accurate.
