A few weeks ago, we told you about a recent legal decision that bars schools attended by the children of Moms for Liberty members from following the Biden Administration’s destructive new Title IX rules, set to take effect on August 1, 2024. Many MA parents joined Moms for Liberty, but others were not able to sign up in time for the July 15th deadline. If that’s you, we have great news!
Thanks to an update in the case, there is now NO set deadline to sign up for Moms for Liberty and to protect your child’s school. You can join anytime, although we recommend joining ASAP since school is only a month away! Moms for Liberty will periodically provide an updated list of exempt schools to the court, and once your child’s school is in the system, it will appear on their next updated list.
