Our pro bono law center serves individuals of all faiths—or none—by defending constitutional rights and safeguarding fundamental liberties. Through strategic litigation and courtroom advocacy, we work to uphold these freedoms and support the flourishing of Massachusetts communities.

Massachusetts Education Resource Center

MERC supports school committee members and education stakeholders with practical tools, guidance, and legal support, helping local leaders navigate complex issues and keep decision-making centered on students.

Massachusetts Informed Parents Network

Focused on parents, MIP provides clear information on curriculum and policy developments in local schools, strengthens understanding of parental rights, and supports effective advocacy on behalf of their children.

Massachusetts Family Action

As the advocacy partner of MFI, MFA is a 501(c)(4) organization dedicated to cultivating principled leadership across the Commonwealth, equipping concerned citizens to run for local and state office, engage their communities, and advance sound public policy.
