Radical Abortion Expansion Bills
This bill would remove nearly all abortion limits in MA, endangering women’s health, removing vital safeguards, and allowing girls of any age to get abortions without parental consent.
Assisted Suicide Bill
This bill would legalize physician-assisted suicide in MA, victimizing the weak and vulnerable. The pro-suicide lobby is pushing this bill despite numerous rejections by voters, advocacy groups, and the MA Supreme Court.
Education
Sex Education Mandate
Currently, local schools can decide for themselves what and when to teach the children in their community about sex, based on the unique needs of their student populations and desires of their parents. This bill would eliminate that right.
Library Porn Bills
These bills are designed to keep sexually explicit books on the shelves of public school libraries. Under the guise of preventing “book banning,” it makes it nearly impossible for local school committees to protect children from inappropriate content.
LGBT Curriculum Bill
Under this legislation, schools would be required to embed LGBTQ+ figures, history, and themes into the general curriculum without clear guidelines for age-appropriateness or opt-out protections raising serious concerns about parental rights.
Religious Liberty
LGBT Foster Care Mandate
This bill claims to protect foster children but contains language that would eviscerate religious liberty for foster families, mandate radical ideology, and harm the very children it claims to protect.
Vaccine Exemption Elimination Bills
These bills would limit or eliminate religious exemptions to school vaccine mandates and allow minors to consent to their own vaccinations without parental knowledge or consent.
