EDUCATION

Sex Education Mandate

Currently, local schools can decide for themselves what and when to teach the children in their community about sex, based on the unique needs of their student populations and desires of their parents. This bill would eliminate that right.

Library Porn Bills

These bills are designed to keep sexually explicit books on the shelves of public school libraries. Under the guise of preventing “book banning,” it makes it nearly impossible for local school committees to protect children from inappropriate content.
