Already in 2025, MFI has made a significant impact on the issues that matter to Bay State families:
- Protecting Women’s Sports: Hosted a rally and press conference at the State House promoting HD.297/SD.627 – An Act to Ensure Safety and Fairness in School Sports, a bill designed to protect female athletes from unfair and unsafe competition.
- Challenging Defamation: Filed a landmark defamation lawsuit on behalf of Bethlehem House pregnancy resource center in Easthampton, seeking damages and injunctive relief against Reproductive Equity Now, a radical pro-abortion group that conspired with the state in a million-dollar smear campaign against pro-life PRCs.
- Fighting Religious Discrimination: Filed a lawsuit representing a former Middlesex Community College professor who was wrongfully terminated for refusing the COVID vaccine due to her Christian beliefs.
- Standing for Female Athletes: Joined a historic lawsuit led by former University of Pennsylvania women’s swimmers against the University of Pennsylvania, Harvard University, the NCAA, and the Ivy League, challenging policies that forced the female athletes to compete against and share a locker room with trans-identifying male swimmer Lia Thomas.
- Exposing Public School Indoctrination: Provided parents with investigative reports revealing how special observance days and events promoting sexuality and transgender ideology are infiltrating public schools.
- Equipping Pro-Life Advocates: Partnered with pro-life allies to train students and advocates through our Pro-Life 101 webinar, teaching them to defend life with truth and grace.
- Defending Parental Rights: Filed an amicus brief before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, advocating for parents’ right to refuse vaccinations that conflict with their religious beliefs.
