MFI recently signed a letter to CBS News condemning their biased coverage of physician-assisted suicide (PAS). Despite assurances from a CBS producer that the network would present a balanced two-part segment, the coverage overwhelmingly favored the pro-PAS perspective. The first segment exclusively promoted so-called “Medical Aid in Dying,” while the second largely repeated the same narrative, offering minimal time to opponents, particularly disability rights advocates. Key interviews were misrepresented or omitted, exposing clear bias and contradicting CBS’s pledge to provide a comprehensive view on this critical sanctity of life issue. The letter calls for accountability and demands equal coverage of PAS opponents to ensure the public is fully informed. Read the letter here.

MFI will never stop speaking out in defense of life from conception to natural death.
