When MFI launched Massachusetts Liberty Legal Center last week, we told you that the time to retreat is over; together, it’s time to advance. That is exactly what we did last night, when we filed suit in partnership with the American Center for Law and Justice against Governor Healey, the MA Department of Public Health, and their cronies at Reproductive Equity Now. We’ve been keeping you informed about the State’s malicious smear campaign against pro-life pregnancy resource centers. Centers like our client, Your Options Medical, have been targeted for defamation, intimidation, and harassment because of their pro-life message and deeply held Christian convictions. We’re standing up against these unconstitutional attacks.
