This Saturday, May 25th, Franklin Graham will be returning to Massachusetts for the first time since his widely attended Decision America Tour two years ago. This year, he’s visiting the Western part of our Commonwealth with an event at the Eastern States Expo in West Springfield. There will be live music by David Crowder and a message of both warning and hope from Franklin.
Graham says, “I want to warn Christians about a threat we face today—the sweeping impact godless secularism is having on our nation, on our children, and on our grandchildren. We must be diligent about controlling what goes into their minds and hearts, and we must invest in—and pray for—the next generation…When we went on the Decision America Tour to all 50 state capitals in 2016, I saw how hungry the churches in the Northeast were and how responsive the people there were to the Gospel. Many Christian leaders have shared with us that they believe the time is right and the area is ready for awakening…Remember, our nation was birthed in the Northeast. This one-time bastion of evangelical Christianity has been conceded in defeat by some, but I say it’s worth fighting for! Your involvement at any level is urgently needed. Will you join us as we go to the Northeast and battle for souls?” (You can read his full statement here.)
MFI is excited to have the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association return to Massachusetts, and we’ve been working with them and local churches to help make it another success.
