Bathroom Bill Hearing October 6: Save the Date, Sign and Share the Petition

The Transgender Bathroom Bill is back!  As recently reported by WGBH, the Judiciary Committee has scheduled a hearing for the Bathroom Bill this fall, on Tuesday, October 6 at the State House.

Make no mistake: this is the number one priority of the left.  They are pushing hard to pass the bill this fall, and to pressure Governor Baker to withhold a veto. The Judiciary Committee, the Governor, and your legislators need to hear from you. Press reports indicate it WILL come to a vote, so we need to tell legislators to stop it now, before it can reach the floor.

In 2011, a public firestorm kept public accommodations out of the Transgender Bill that passed that year, maintaining the safety and privacy of women and children in locker rooms, rest rooms, and homeless shelters. This new legislation would strip those protections away and open our law enforcement communities and businesses to costly civil rights lawsuits.

We ask that you take five minutes to do two things:

We CAN defeat this measure again, but only if individuals stand up and fight back. Thank you!
