Broadside: DOMA on trial in Boston

(NECN) – It’s another battle that could land in the Supreme Court, but on Wednesday it was fought in a lower court in Boston.
Massachusetts, where gay marriage is legal, is challenging Congress’ Defense of Marriage Act, which denies marriage benefits to gay couples.
So, is DOMA unconstitutional? Broadside guests attorney Janson Wu, of the Gay and Lesbian Advocates and Defenders, and Kris Mineau, president of the Massachusetts Family Institute, weigh in on the issue.
